Christmas Angels

Christmas Angel Story

Angels are widely believed to be helpers and intermediaries between God and humankind.
Creatures of intensely blinding light, they often "turn down" their brilliance and assume normal human form to walk among us as they fulfill their specific missions.
People who study angels believe that the light of an angel is so intense because they originate from the highest light source: God. They have been known to have physical strength so incredible that they can perform other amazing feats.
Join us as we explore some exciting modern-day encounters with Christmas angels. But first let's go back to the beginning.

According to the Bible, the first Christmas angel Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java. appeared to Mary and told her that she would have a son called Jesus. Joseph was also visited by a Christmas angel who told him what his role in this world-changing event would be.
After Jesus was born, another group of Christmas angels appeared to the  Wise Men, as well as to a circle of Bethlehem shepherds, The shepherds found the stable where the child Jesus lay, When the Wise Men arrived, they gave the first Christmas presents ever - gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Today Christmas angels are alive and well, appearing just in time to help save or comfort their human friends. They appear to us in a variety of disguises, But their mission is obvious. They are sent to help people in times of great need.

I will always remember the touch of my Christmas angel. When I was expecting my second child, I went to spend some time with my parents for Christmas, We had a really warm and beautiful Christmas celebration. I needed their support badly since my husband, Frank, had passed away suddenly in a car accident just months before. I really was coming home for a much-needed spiritual rest.
What happened occurred on the day after Christmas. Dad and Mom had left to return some presents to the store. I was coming down the stairs and tripped.
I didn't have a chance to grab hold of the banister to steady myself - I felt myself starting to fall. Instantly, I felt two large but gentle hands place me upright again.
I then had half a second to grab onto the banister in shock. I had actually felt these invisible hands steady me!
Now, I had always believed in God and in the possibility that angels might exist.
But I was absolutely certain that those helping hands belonged to my guardian angel. There's no other logical explanation.
It was an experience that I will always remember and be eternally thankful for.
After all if I had fallen down those stairs, I might have miscarried and lost my precious baby.
